Ingredients

5 ripe tomatoes

5 eggs

¼ kg of salted pork

½ cup of olive oil

Salt

Pepper

 

Directions

Grate the tomato on a grater. Boil it until it absorbs the juices. Add salt, pepper and oil. When slightly sizzling, beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the tomato while it is cooking. When the eggs are bubbling, stir them and add the salted pork.
