FRIED ARTICHOKES AND BEANS

Ingredients

1 kg of green beans

10 artichokes peeled

1 cup of white flour

2 cups of extra virgin olive oil from Messinia

Salt to taste

 

Directions

Cut the artichokes into quarters, boil them in hot water for 1 minute, drain and add salt. Boil the beans for 1 minute, drain and season with salt. Flour them both separately. With one cup of olive oil, fry the beans and with the other the artichokes in a wide pan until they turn golden brown.
